Conveyors for manufacturing
General process transfer, buffering and inter-machine linking.
Every family, configured for manufacturing
22 standard types across 5 families. Width, height, drive and finish are specified per application — send the product, the rate and the floor plan and we come back with a layout.
Modular Belt
Modular belt conveyors that turn, climb and curve on one continuous line.
FBFlat Belt
Flat belt conveyors with a continuous surface for products of any shape.
LFElevating & Vertical
Elevating conveyors that move product between levels in a small footprint.
RLRoller
Roller conveyors, gravity and powered, for cartons, totes and pallets.
CSChain & Slat
Slat and chain conveyors built for heavy, hot and wash-down duty.
Manufacturing conveyors, explained
What does a manufacturing transfer conveyor do?
In general manufacturing, a conveyor links one process to the next: it takes parts off one machine, buffers them when the next machine is busy, and feeds them in at the rate it can take. The layout, load, speed and working height decide the type.
Which KFlexiTrack conveyors suit a manufacturing plant?
The U-type modular conveyor is recorded for general manufacturing, and the spiral for manufacturing facilities, where it lifts parts between levels in a small footprint. The accumulation conveyor buffers parts ahead of a busy machine. Power roller and gravity roller conveyors carry boxed and heavier parts, and the chain conveyor carries heavy loads on the chain itself. The massage and bucket elevator conveyors are recorded for manufacturing and assembly lines.
Which material handling conveyors suit heavy duty manufacturing?
For heavy duty material handling, chain conveyors carry loads directly on a steel chain, 300 to 600 mm wide, and power roller conveyors run 300 to 1000 mm wide. Curve conveyors on radius power roller and radius modular belt turn the line, and the inclined flat belt and vertical lifting conveyor change level between process cells.
Can a manufacturing conveyor be built to our layout?
Yes. Every KFlexiTrack conveyor is built to the application, not picked from stock. The work starts with a study of the product and the line, then a layout, GA drawings and a 3D CAD model, all signed off before a single sheet is cut. Lengths, widths, heights, drive side and finish are set to your floor, and the frames are cut, bent, machined and welded in-house in Goa. KFlexiTrack then installs, aligns and commissions the line on site and trains the operators.
Does KFlexiTrack supply conveyors outside India?
Yes. KFlexiTrack supplies customers across India and exports conveyors abroad. Every machine is designed, built and run-in at the works in Ponda, Goa before it is dispatched. For an export enquiry, send the product, the rate it has to move at, the floor plan and the destination country through the contact page, or message the works on WhatsApp at +91 93258 43201.
What does a quote need, and how long does it take?
Send the product, the rate it has to move at, and the floor plan. From those, KFlexiTrack comes back with a layout, a specification and a price, normally within five working days. Product photos, drawings and the machines the conveyor has to meet all shorten the first reply. For anything urgent, call the works on +91 93258 43201. After hand-over, spares, preventive maintenance and retrofits are handled for the life of the machine.
